There’s loads of us. Happy in our roles, getting on with the day job, achieving great things and earning a good living. What we don’t realise is what we are worth to the company down the road that’s desperate for new talent and for someone with my experience because they are expanding. If only they could find me. They would offer me what I wanted, work from home or a lesser commute, much higher salary and my own team to manage. I’m happy though, doing what I’m doing…but if only they could find me!
